周一（4月14日）早上，超过一万户 Pacific Power 用户在波特兰地区东部突然停电。
根据 Pacific Power 在早上约 8 点 15 分在社交平台 X 上发布的消息，此次停电影响了 10568 位用户，涉及邮政编码包括 97213、97215、97216、97230 和 97220 的地区。
目前停电原因仍在调查中。
Pacific Power 表示，预计将在上午 11 点左右恢复供电。
